All user groups interested in learning more about venue rentals must complete and submit a venue request form. All venue renters are responsible for knowing and following the policies of the Appalachian Theatre.
We want your event to be a quality experience which requires advance planning. Successful events are typically secured 6-12 months in advance. Theatre venue requests submitted less than 3 months prior to the event will not be considered.
